We were the first to arrive in Rochester, NY for the IBC meeting when SPRI tried to introduce language into the code to prevent lightning protection from being installed on the coping and metal edge systems of a building. We helped stop that with a 13-1 vote and continue to meet with them along with the LPI to get the language that works for us.
